I had a sandwich a couple of weeks ago that was essentially a supreme pizza, and the flavours just stayed with me. The combination of tomato, capsicum, salami, cheese and olive is just so solid and familiar. I was craving it, but I didn’t want a pizza. So I just threw all the ingredients together into some pasta and discovered a real struggle hero meal.

So if you’re feeling a little guilty about indulging, why not add a cup of pureed pumpkin?!
