As a part of my 2025 morning routine, I have been having my breakfast at home, and not stopping by the incredible-smelling bakery on the walk into my office. But I don’t always have any more time than about 15 minutes to prepare something tasty, nutritious and filling. This smoothie is my best option. And it’s not half bad. It’s a good way to get an extra serve of veggies, with the blended spinach, and with all the fibre from the raspberries, this is surprisingly filling. This is also vegan friendly.

Ingredients
- handful of baby spinach
- 3 tbsps Amazonia Raw Protein Isolate Choc Coconut protein powder
- 1 handful of frozen raspberries
Method
- Add the spinach to the blender with about 200ml of water. Blend until the spinach is mixed in with the water.
- Add the protein powder, the frozen raspberries, and 100ml more water, and return to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
